About
Prepare for an entry-level career in the aesthetics industry through classroom instruction and hands-on practical experience. Students develop knowledge and skills in skin care, facial procedures, skin analysis, sanitation and infection control, waxing, makeup application, lash and brow services, and other related aesthetics practices. Emphasis is placed on safety, sanitation, professionalism, client care, and industry-standard procedures.
Upon successful completion of the required 750 clock hours, students are prepared to pursue applicable Tennessee licensure examinations, subject to the requirements of the Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners.
